Karli is an Attorney at Karczag & Associates PC (“KAPC”). She began practicing law in 2004 with Justin Karczag in Santa Barbara. From then until now, she has held various positions both in law firms and as in house counsel. In 2017, when Justin announced he was founding KAPC and asked her to join him, she moved from Monterey County to Los Angeles.
Karli’s focus is in civil litigation, with an emphasis on legal writing and research. Her experience includes employment & labor, commercial litigation, lender liability, Ponzi schemes, shareholder/partnership disputes, and class actions. She has represented individuals as well as corporate/private entity clients. She has experience representing both public and private sector clients in state court, federal court, and in administrative proceedings. She has also worked on transactional matters while serving as in-house counsel.
Karli graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego. During law school, Karli served as a member of the San Diego Law Review. She was also the legal research assistant to Professor Fred Zacharias, a nationally recognized legal scholar. Before law school, Karli was a molecular biologist and played basketball for the University of California at San Diego.
Karli is licensed to practice law in the state courts of California and in the Northern and Central District of California.
